在抗戰歷史中具有重要意義的上海四行倉庫，重整後，日前在八一三淞滬會戰紀念日以紀念館形式開放。據了解，17日啟程赴上海參加雙城論壇的台北市長柯文哲，在滬參訪行程將納入四行倉庫。
雙城論壇將於17日在上海舉辦，柯文哲17日至19日將在上海進行3天訪滬行程，柯文哲屆時將與上海市長楊雄會晤外，也會參訪上海城政建設。據了解，目前四行倉庫都將與中共第一大會址納入參訪行程。
由於今年適逢大陸大規模紀念抗戰70周年，四行倉庫也在此重要意涵下，重整後，更特別選在紀念八一三淞滬會戰當天對外開放，也因此，柯文哲此行前往參訪，格外引人關注。
柯文哲預計於17日抵達上海虹橋機場，19日返台。18日雙城論壇中，雙方除簽署合作備忘錄外，也將針對青年創業、社區醫療、文化交流、智慧城市四大主題做城市交流議題探討。期間，還會進行城市參訪，包括參訪上海檔案館、上海城市規畫展示館、上海質子重離子醫院、虹橋綜合商務區等地參訪。
至於參訪四行倉庫，目前敲定19日上午，但不開放採訪。柯訪滬期間，還有望與上海達成小額支付合作，雙方預計將就悠遊卡小額支付合作事宜進行討論，未來上海與台北兩地，或將憑藉一交通卡就可暢遊。
